I have recently finished reading Cape May by Chip Cheek. (Cool name!) First of all check out this cover. I absolutely adore it!! Would love it as a poster for the wall!! A fantastic read that had me hooked from the ‘get go’. Engrossing, captivating and certainly with a fair share of ‘ow er Mrs’ thrown in! Brilliantly written.

What I’m reading now.
With the lovely sunshine we have been having I have been reading/listening to some sunshine/holiday destination type books and I am a third of my way through Victoria Hislop’s Cartes Postales From Greece. I have had the book on my shelves for ages but noticed it was available to listen to on my BorrowBox app so have been listening to this today as I have gotten on with the housework!
I have been reading The Butterfly Room by Lucinda Riley and am nearly finished. Although this author has written many a book I have as yet not read any, so when I saw this on NetGalley and read that it was based in Suffolk (where I live) I hit the request button. Am now very eager to find out it’s conclusion.

What I will be reading next.
I have been very lucky to have received a huge number of advanced reader copies of both ebooks from NetGalley and physical copies of books from publishers for books released in May, so I have really just been reading these recently. Next up I think will be Tiger by Polly Clark which is due to be published May 2nd by riverrun / Quercus Books.
That’s me this week. What are you reading?
