The Man Who Didn’t Call by Rosie

Amazon description:

Imagine you meet a man, spend seven glorious days together, and fall in love. And it’s mutual: you’ve never been so certain of anything.

So when he leaves for a long-booked holiday and promises to call from the airport, you have no cause to doubt him.

But he doesn’t call.

Your friends tell you to forget him, but you know they’re wrong: something must have happened; there must be a reason for his silence.

What do you do when you finally discover you’re right? That there is a reason – and that reason is the one thing you didn’t share with each other?

The truth.

I enjoyed reading this book.

A great new take on a romance with a great mystery thrown in.

Our two main characters meet, have an amazing connection and spend 7 blissful days together. A prior commitment of a holiday with friends mean they need to part, but they are both certain, and sure, that their promise to call each other until they see each other again leaves no fear, or question, over the newly developing relationship . However there is no call……. But instead of a story about a new relationship that doesn’t work out, it is a story full of twists and turns, hidden pasts, raw emotion and wonderful believable characters.

A read I would recommend.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
